I thought I made myself clear by referring to facility management but I guess I have to clarify, sorry. We have out sourced many of the support services for our troops and one would be astronomically stupid boarding on idiocy to think it's not costing the taxpayer more to feed our troops, and support our troops overseas.

As for saying it cost more to station soldiers overseas we both agree it does but that was not what I was saying.

As for $400 a gallon please let me have that contract at 10% of that price.
