The puzzle here for me is why Bailey gets involved with this company in the first place. In my opinion, given his background you would expect bigger things from a guy like this. You don't go from upper management at the Corporate Offices of Marshall's Clothing Store to running a Goodwill Store in Louisiana, so to speak.

So I have to keep asking myself was it a huge challenge with a pot of gold at the end, or is he part of a larger scam to defraud investors. To me it seems that if you run with dogs you are going to get fleas, and Mr Bailey I suspect has a bad case of the fleas.

I think it is pretty clear to see this was a pure pump and dump all the way, complete with a disposable CEO. This pump doesn't go nearly half as well if you don't have a guy like Dr. Bailey willing to hook his name to the company. A good investigator, armed with a few subpoenas and a search warrant would easily get the answers. Too bad that will never happen.
