Well it has been three months since the 504 was promoted and not one dollar yet!He says when EDEP gets a few hundred thousand in the bank,they will drill in Texas,at.03 every dollar is 33.33 shares,that's not including the free ones going to promoters,stock transfer agent,paying off the note due this year,ect.I could easily see many millions of shares being issued,if it gets funded at all!Can another 10 for 1 RS be far behind?And your right as soon as the restricted period ends if there is one,[three ways a 504 doesn't need to have a restriction on sales]these people will want their money and sell.Is Tom's going to recieve new preferred?Be nice to visit with the transfer agent in Plano,TX.Maybe this fully reporting company has ungagged him.
