Smart ones will dump now before the other bazillion shares come in play. The ONLY way anyone will finance a 504 is with the death spiral convertible note, and they'll probably get a 50% discount to closing bid. His 300k cash will probably take a billion shares to raise unless he's found some real con artists to promote this.
