As I stated before the 504 hasn't raised any money as of yet.The amount of new shares issued hasn't been disclosed,the new fund raisers are going to get a mint{in new shares}to find and place EDEP shares.The preferred shares,wow,who knows how much Tom is keeping this time.So I don't see any drilling even though they're lots of stacked rigs,till all fianacing in place,could it happen?Very doubtfull any drilling till late first quarter of 2010.Just an opinion.Watch out for the dumping of shares upon any news,cause thats how these fund raisers get paid.
