NEVADA TITLE...
There is a foreclosure sale on friday feb 2nd at Nevada Title for the property at 303 E. Harmon , parcel #16221711001 thru 16221711176. The foreclosure was initiated by Nutri Pharmaceutical co., CEO Ralph Mann. On oct 12 of last Year MPTV announced an agreement to buy out Manns interest in Lake Trop LLC. Did they? What were the terms? Why is Mann foreclosing if he has been bought out? Why has MPTV failed to pay back Nutri Pharmaceutical?
