on 10/05 the AS was raised without shareholder consent...the selling of shares escalated (called dilution)...that works well for S/H value....

I would not expect massive selling in the next few weeks as the Court of Chancery goes in motion....in fact, I could see the pps creeping up in the penny range again.....
