This was pretty spot on... there isn't much I can add. It was worth the drive just to put names to faces. Rosen seems like a nice guy... he greeted me upon entering the courtroom even though I was continuously getting "Who the hell are you?" looks.

Both sides, JPMC and WaMu, were poking fun at Clarke's showing last week. It was funny to see how quickly they went from joking around to "Game On" once Judge Walrath entered the courtroom.

There were some sharp suits in the room, I'll tell you that much. Those billed hours sure aren't going to waste =)
