I GUARANTEE THERE IS A SETTLEMENT OFFER BY FRIDAY 8PM. Expect an announcement on friday on a tender offer by JPM by friday 8pm. The offer will be a "lowball" offer but will be 20 times what the common will be trading at. I have a close source who tells me this is the deal. The MM's obviously are trying to get every share possible with a walkdown. But you will see a whole bunch of huge buys before friday and you will see a jump in price. People will be screaming "leak" but the fact is, the "leak" is already out.
