My opinion is the street has just screwed the hell out of the IDCC sharholders. IDCC has way to much cash to let it lay around and the stock get plummeted for no damn reason since first Nokia wasn't paying us already. Second if IDCC won at the ITC Nokia still wouldn't be paying us. Third IDCC will challenge the hell out of this stupid ruling and will eventually walk away a winner. Fourth Nokia will quit fighting in due time as they are going to be on the losing side of possible treble damages. IDCC will license Nokia before Nokia see a treble damages hit them in the ass. They are not a good reputable company and wont to charge hell out of anyone for their patents and screw you for using your patents. In other words they are scumbags. Next our dear friend Motorola may license before Nokia hoping to save a few sheckles, and the same with Sony Ericsson, but this is not a guarantee, just they are stupid to think IDCC is not going to beat Nokia and they would save money doing a deal now rather than after Nokia as that rate damn well better be alot higher than if they signed now.

Finally with the cash on hand IDCC must shock the street with a dividend, they are basically left with no alternative in my opinion.
