I know ed, but you are the only one that I know who would dig deep enough. I was there when the three of them were in the same lab, together, and when the patent on the improved structure was planned. Just type elod's name into yahoo and the info comes up.

Unfortunately, the improved structure goes nowhere without AS's say so, if he wins the case. And, if PWI wins that case, the subsequent patent can probably be overcome with small changes, making AS's claim there unimportant.This would work for either party, no matter who wins.

I was hoping to elicit a response from the people that get info from LB, but that won't fly now. LOL nevermind
