I think we can justifiably argue that we are way undervalued. But the long wait for the FDA, the problems with scottrade, the lack of volume, the lack of news, and the competion for $$ from other stocks which are moving now are all weighing heavy on the pps. Every attempt at a rally lately seems to get squashed. BIEL just isn't generating the excitement it once was and I'm not really sure why ... especially since FDA can hit any day now.
