I looking at this I can see one criteria they don't meet and that's the daily trading volume. I belive the daily average now is about 85,000 which is well below 200,000. Now maybe the stock dividend may help to raise that number.

Keep in mind I am a stock hold and not a paid basher and I would to see this stock on NASDAQ or AMEX because it would seriously limit the abilities of the shorters. I'm just throwing out some stuff to think about.
