just curious about the cellar boxing...if people want to buy at say .0003 cuz they cant get 2's then the bid would have to go up right? or do the mm's manipulate it so there are always 1's and 2's available? Guess im asking for someone to give me the lamens short version on how "cellar boxing" works..if there is such a thing
