So, if 3 billion shares were issued around October 2008 and were restricted until October 2009; would you consider it non-dilutive to have all 3 billion shares that were already sold last year at .000001 for $3000 enter the market this year at .0001 for $300,000 with a little bit of a story that eventually goes nowhere?

What if they were not going to issue any more shares for one more year though? They are only going to sell all the ones that were issued last year? Would you consider this a non-dilutive scenario?
