There is only so far they can knock it down. We are on the verge of the 4.4 Billion decision. The Omnibus looks pretty quiet so imo, that is the perfect time for Walrath to rule and put out her written ruling.

She has had ample time to make this decision, and 5 days to write this or edit it because of the FDIC statement.

If she does not rule this week one way or the other, then she is not doing her job imo. It's been 13 months, it's time to rule on this issue.
