Actually Berlin project is far from a done deal HLH. Unfortunately there are real issues facing Berlin Laidlaw IMO. These are issues that could potentially cause major problems for Laidlaw. Problems they have yet to address to those who will decide at the State level. Wood supply, grid and the queue just to name a few. It will be interesting to see their answers to these issues, if they ever file an application to the PUC. I have serious reservations they will get that far given these and other issues.
