I have no insider news by IMO, LLEG-Berlin project is a sure go forward plan.
Looking at how much effort/$$ Laidlaw been put into this project, would'nt it be 'stupid' to Abort? U just have to give a little thinking.
Recent company development does show it's moving forward with severals power plants ready to come online.
Maybe this Elcetion is important? I am not sure but laidlaw in Berlin is a win-win situation for the people & economy.
