Can you elaborate please. You continue to say (spam) this, yet nothing ever appears to happen.

Unless you are referencing the upcoming election and PUC hearing that could potentially cause major issues for Laidlaw in Berlin. Perhaps even cause them to abandon the Berlin project all together. IMO.
