As I understand it, Vertex was deep in debt when Toms took over. They went silent as he worked behind the scenes to turn it around. He now has it to the point where they are close to becoming a fully reporting company again. Its coming soon...and now is the time to jump on board IMO. If Toms get us back to just half its former glory...it'll be trading at $9. He's done it before...taking PEAK from .20 to $18.00
