Thanks. I am with you. My only gripe is that i diint buy p's or k's. But you cant win them all. I'm in Cali and the properties took a 20% loss so I am in escrow on 4 units now. Property is the most stable investment you can make.
Of course when you buy right, and if its paid off. If wamu wins i can acheive and if wamu losses than i guess i will retire at 45 instead (unless my daughter becomes really expensive LOL)
