Al Hodges is not the CMKM attorney.
Al Hodges has no legal authority to represent CMKM (as a corporate entity) in any litigation.
And if Al filed any lawsuit saying he represents CMKM -- he can be disbarred (and sued by CMKM).

Al does have the right to sue as the attorney for any CMKM shareholder (or himself, as the Plaintiff, FWIW).

This coalition is not a legal entity.
If it’s not a legal entity, Al Hodges can not sue in court (on behalf of the CMKX SHAREHOLDER COALITION).
