I do find it interesting that the FDIC is not on trial here but stand in JPM's corner so the discrimination against WAMU continues to this very day, what is that all about. It's about this is a bank that would be in the way of their buddies JPM and GS so they had to let if fail and buy it before they paid to keep their buds alive.
