FDIC Involvement-Here's a thought!

The thing is why is The FDIC JUST NOW claiming or attempting to claim this deposit. If they had any right or access why wouldnt they have taken it 1 year ago. My point is simply this; this is merely another stall tactic for JPM not to turn over the money. If judge walwrath still rules in favor of WMI JPM cannot appeal, but the FDIC can....thus prolonging this even further.

The debtors will come down on this hard as now they are growing inpatient. btw where the hell is the 1.9B JPM paid for wamu. Shouldnt wamu get that to pay debts, the interest alone is a large amount.

This goes deeper than we all know.
