I have every egg in this basket. I am no longer interested in a single stock but IDCC. I am about to start building houses on my lots and expect to profit from $30,000 to $50,000 a house. I am fortunate enough to own many many lots and I can sell my houses for $95.00 a square foot compared to others who are selling theirs for $122.00 a square foot so my houses should move right along, but I will only build them one at the time, as it will give me something to look forward to doing for years. I have enough lots to subdivide and build around 30 houses.

I will be fine if IDCC went to zero but I don't own a single share of any other stock so what I post on IDCC I believe and always have. I don't see what difference it makes to you and really don't know why I am responding but here it is.
