I think a more likely situation is that the DTC agreed to pay him to issue the shares, but forced him to agree not to tell the World they had done so. IMO, the DTC will do virtually anything to avoid admitting being responsible for the CTBG debacle.
As for B3B going after CTBG. Fagidaboudit. If I never touch another lawyer, it will be too soon.
