Robert My Dear Buddy, How are you, well I hope. Illegality, uhmmmmmmm...... can't prove it, don't need to, don't have to. But, the price did move right before the jump-up and the jump-up did happen before the filing was on Edgar.

Oh, well. At least it isn't EMULEX, LOL.
