1. You will get your answer soon about Joe Lanza.

2. There has been no dilution at all since he took over. It is exactly as he said in the PR this morning.

3. He has no plans to dilute.

4. He has no plans to do a RS.

He is being as transparent as he possibly can. If you want know something just call him. It works for me and I don't work for BDGR.

Todays PR is still posted on Yahoo and everywhere else including Scottrade.
