The financials on xtend medical should look bad. The ceo has spent the last three years working on this deal with bioharp. When this deal is complete, the financials on the old extend medical are not going to matter. Paul did whatever it took to make this deal happen and we are very fortunate as shareholders that he did not dillute the stock over the past few years. This is one penny stock that will make history. I can see where the rainmaker could possibly make a book or tv show about these events.
