SSC, JMHO if SEO were willing to settle for $2-$4 per share we would have been history a long time ago. I think he has to be asking for enough that no company is willing to pay it without drilling results. I may be surprised by a $2 buyout but think SEO is not going to settle for less than a Billion when Grandur got 2-3 billion for his shares in Addax.
