A concern.
Everyone around the table: SEO, Sinopec, ERHC stockholders, other minor players: all have different agendas.

Scenarios:
1. SEO wants to maximize share price to get best value for his 300 million shares and sell out quickly.
2. SEO is in no hurry, wants to wait it out and get the best price for his holdings.
3. SEO doesn't care about sp, lower it goes the more he can accumulate.
4. SEO wants to play ball with Sinopec on other deals.
5. Sinopec is hungry and needs oil right away. Therefore, looking to buyout ERHC ASAP. Start developing the JDZ right away.
6. Sinopec is gobbling up oil producing properties to offset the sinking dollar value to stop the down draft. But want to develop the JDZ right away.
7. Sinopec bought the JDZ and may place on the back burner for development because of existing plans.
8. Sinopec has control of operations and ERHC can't do one thing about the situation but wait and see. Sinopec may not respect our SEC regulations. What would we do, arrest them?
9. Sinopec sits on results, doesn't go public, who will bid on ERHC's holdings?
10.Sinopec has better dogs in the hunt in off shore South America.
11.Maybe Sinopec has more competition for oil rights.
12.Maybe they don't have more competition for oil rights, just bluffing and blowing smoke.

Honestly, these thoughts have traced through my mind. I don't know the answer...in fact, I know less than nothing. Sorta surprised drilling hasn't buoyed our SP...I feel three flights of stairs below where Crappie is today.

But encouraging,
Mark is up to something...
Balance is pretty positive...
and I believe DoubleAA is a very smart guy...bigger in the oil business than most people can fathom...think he knows...he is positive, assured...

Based a lot on what DoubleAA has to say, I think good things are ahead for us. I have a lot of confidence in DoubleAA...have heard a little about his ventures in the oil business.

Many other smart posters here as well.
