Yes and no, like I posted many times before, a
r/s will only happen when the pps is at a really good level, sales are coming thru in bigger than expected #'s and Jorge has an ironclad contract on his desk that is like the big one SPNG got that propelled them.
Jorge said the next step is OTC BB status and that takes 2 years of filings, if I remember right.
