When Urban is arrested and extradited he will not get bail due to flight risk.

Here is how it will happen.

Urban will stumble out of some rundown casino in Canada drunk after losing what little money he has left after swindling shareholders. He will vomit right outside the door and the bouncer will throw him to the curb. Urban thinking he is superman cause he has never been picked up will throw a punch but miss badly. The bouncer will call the police and low and behold they will have him in custody they will serve him the papers and they will extradite him.

Then the pumpers will say why won't they let Urban out? Urban is innocent till proven guilty. (BTW I do agree with that) But my issue is he is not a citizen of this great country of ours so as far as I am concerned he should not be afforded the same rights as I am.
