Revlis, I don't know about a damage claim against Nok based on their statement. If talk about a case for Lanham action based on bullshit this may be it.

Anyway IDCC said the following and it is completely different to the what Nokia has alledgely said.

"In the ID, the ALJ found InterDigital’s patents valid and enforceable, but also determined that the patents were not infringed by Nokia’s 3G products."

America really needs to start protecting american companies. So many times US companies are taking to task around the world to make it better for consumers and companies of foreign countries.
