Whizzer maybe the following just means we affirm the ALJ's finding on patent validity and synchronization, and therefore, Nokia is blowing smoke up the publics azz by saying the patents were found to be non essential and invalid.

b. It took no claims construction position on the term "synchronize."
c. It took no position on the validity issue.

So if the full commission took no position on b and c above, how can Nokia make the claims that they are making.

May all of IDCC's licensee's eat Nokia's market share.
