Holy cow, that would take a tremendous amount of time to answer those.

Hopefully he'll just pick some of the shorter answer ones. These guys are busy and IMO Gene is a jack of all trades for the company so multiply the busy by a factor of a few for him.

I do think the company was started out of an idea of Rio Tinto being disappointed with the conventional wear plate that was out there years ago and how it had not been much improved for some time.
So I think Gene got to working on setting out to change that frustration/disappointment.

I don't mind stealing bread from the mouths of decadence... But I can't feed on the powerless when my cup's already overfilled.
