I figured I would give you little more info. when you researched this on the 9th of Aug a PR was the released the following week on MTI Energy Management site.

Here are some links for you to take a look at which show the multiple streams of income MKBY would have comming in and how the affiliates of MKBY and MTI would work together.

Here's some links that will give you enough info on the company. Also the first installation is underway right now in Ishpeming MI. They have had a few setbacks in the process but only as expected. MKBY and MTI were also in court for a couple of years but settled the case in Apr I belive. Part of the settlement was the resignations of the BOD for MKBY. The new board has been seated with a bunch of ground pounding green energy guru's.

The project that is underway in Michigan and the New BOD is what I think has kept this stock from going sub penny
