One additional factor we must also remember is that CEO Nicholas Toms owns a significant amount of shares here (maybe more since the last update in 2007). The CEO is not going to want to dilute here and decrease the value of his holdings. He is going to want to make moves that increases the value of the shares he holds and the shares that any of his emloyees hold here, too. I like stocks where CEOs own a good amount of shares.
