How is IDCC worse off than after the August ruling? Of course Merritt was going to say this was not a desired opinon by IDCC. Would you think he would say hell yes this decision is justifiable and we apologize for taking up the review committees and the judges time. I think if you read on he says these patents are just a small part of the IDCC patent portfolio, and illustrated that others are still signing license agreements with IDCC.

I can say what I want about what I think about any judge and you have no right to say I can't or shouldn't as this is still America and we can still have opinions. I formed my opinion of Luckern and you can have yours.
