Why would you think they would rule in favor of IDCC? They probably know less about patents and infringement than I do. The judge apparently didn't know and or was on the take, but one doesn't know this just one can think this. It was not a big deal in the scope of things and IDCC will sooner or after I am dead win a court case or I hope they do.

Since you are so knowledgeable do you think Nokia will not pay IDCC or eventually they will pay IDCC?

Do you think IDCC will be closing their doors because of this or have great earnings and tons of cash? How about them investing in a company that is already turning a profit?

I am not worried about IDCC now, I was worried after the Motorola debacle as they didn't have any money. IDCC has money to burn compared to then and they survived, so they should not only survive but thrive this go round, so you can either get aboard or enjoy the moment the stock goes down temporarily.
