the commercial looks good. i guess the expectation is that the consumer will like the product so much that they will not return it. I am assuming the Free part is basically free trial if they want to return the product within 14 days if not they are charged the amount for the product. if that is the case then that is a great marketing strategy, especially if they dont like it ...most people are too lazy to return anything ... myself included that is why i just paid full price for a blockbuster movie
