the article you refer to in post 28981 is dated June 30, 2009 and is for the period ending March 31, 2009

the article I referred to is dated August 31, 2009 and is for the period ending June 30, 2009

it would make common shareholders feel better if they had voting rights, but does it really matter when each share of Series C preferred stock can cast 100 million votes? there are 500 shares of series C authorized, with 125 outstanding and only 1 shareholder, it looks like the only purpose of series C is to have the majority voting power - that single person could cast 12.5 billion votes as of June 30
