I'm looking to average down today...currently in at .0087 and thinking this will average me down to about .0064 if I load up all my remaining dough in this one. I'm a little hesitant here. I don't like how this one is trading right now. Feels a lot like cctr to me. Everyone is saying it should be at such and such a level...even when they addressed NSS at cctr their stock didn't move...could be the case here too.

Most of you see this rising after Q3 comes out...I agree but am wondering if I'm jumping the gun averaging down here. I don't want to miss buying before Q3 comes out but if it takes another 10 - 14 days this could be in the mid 4's by that time.

Any thoughts?
