Leor brokered the first dealings between Marco, Wright and Brewer, thus the internet admission and the references to pb66.

Brewer used Monte Verde as a nominee corp for his CMKM stocks just like he told me (less the name of the corp). Frizzell and Brewer were friends (so to speak) at least enough so that during the cert pull Frizzell would refer shareholders to deli as someone purchasing shares.

07 depo, deli does not mention Frizzel as one that introduced Brewer to him because he didn't.

09 After Frizzell sues Monte Verde, Brewer and deli speak two weeks prior to the depo.

When asked during the depo how he met Brewer, deli first states Bill Frizzell, then internet, then again Bill Frizzell. The emphasis on Bill was overstated especially when he was exercising his 5th amendment rights, and played so stupid about everthing else in the depo.

I can bet you Brewer and Frizzell aren't speaking very much anymore.
