BBP - I really wish you folks would learn how the system works.

The talk last week was not that we would have a filing, it was the co. sent in the paper work to start the filing process. It will take appx. 30 - 60 days.

That is not the way it works. There is NO "paperwork" required to "start" the process.

All filings made to the SEC via EDGAR are available in real time (that means immediately). No approval by the SEC is required. If an amendment is required, the companies file that - also available in real time.
