That is a very old Article from Aug 04 /2009 and not accurate on the current status of Company!

The current Status as noted in the previously posted Posts with Linked Articles where the case is being reviewed by a US Government Ordered Judge and the current high Bid( Not from the Trump Family ) along with a number of other Proposals which include the Trump bid. No decision has been made and offers continue to be heard with Bidding going up!

All good for the Investor the way I see it!
