Chas did you read the indictment? Did you notice Helen Bagley's name on that indictment? Are you aware Helen Bagley is the owner of the company that these crooks were using to float their scam?

Yeah people own certs but are they real?

Are they registered?

Is Marco a licensed broker?

When he would call up to say Helen I want to transfer certs do you think she was gonna say no you cannot cause we just printed those up and they are not registered?

No she is gonna continue to commit the fraud.
