Just a hunch but I believe they are planning on buying back AT LEAST the full 10 billion. If they announced they were surely going to buyback 10 billion by such and such a date I think it would of drove the pps up and made it harder to buyback. This way they do it discretely and bit by bit with weak hands sellin at .0001. Remeber we got some pretty smart guys workin the numbers on this one. They arent gonna blow it. imho
