In regards to JRVR, everyone should have seen it coming...

you don't raise your authorized from 100 million to 2 billion if you don't instead to issue a majority of that amount. I asked them months ago why the huge increase, why not just to like 300 million. They never did answer. I took that as a sign bad things were coming.
