I am amazed that no one or group is taking this one by the horns and hitting the ask. No big player wants to start momentum here, instead everyone bargain shops at the bid or below the bid..............sigh.

I can understand everyone's mentality as its why should I pay the extra premium at the ask when everyone else sits and eventually get filled at the bid, BUT, eventually this mentality is going to have to change for us to move upwards.
